The role involves overseeing the operational department's organizational structures and processes, requiring extensive experience in consulting and project management. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and strong skills in stakeholders management, change management, and analytical capabilities.

Competenze

• 10-15 years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies.
• Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
