We specialize in helping aging adults move better so they can avoid surgery and pain pills while maintaining a high quality of life. We focus on treating the actual problem that is causing our clients’ symptoms vs what everybody else in the healthcare industry does which is primarily treat symptoms. Founded by a Physical Therapist, we’ve grown from a single treatment room to a thriving practice including physical therapy, health and wellness, and golf performance, and we need an Operations Manager who is ready to step up and grow with us!

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a dynamic team, driving company success, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. If you're ready to take on a leadership role that offers both personal and professional growth, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Success: Ensure our team meets weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, providing detailed reports to the CEO.
  • Streamline Operations: Maintain and evolve our comprehensive process library to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain Culture: Cultivate a positive company culture by developing and enforcing key rituals that keep the team motivated and aligned with our mission.
  • Customer Focused: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Lead quarterly performance reviews, set clear expectations, and continuously improve staff scorecards.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, from client appreciation to team-building activities, ensuring meaningful experiences for all.
  • Recruitment & Growth: Help shape the future of the organization by recruiting top talent and making tough decisions when needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team, with the desire to step into a more significant role.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to draw insights from data/KPIs and make informed decisions.
  • Process-Oriented: Experience with CRM software, Google Drive, and improving operational workflows.
  • Results-Driven: Knowledge of KPIs and the ability to drive performance with a focus on growth.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Skilled in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: A perfectionist at heart who ensures no detail is overlooked.
  • Proactive & Tenacious: A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and pushes through challenges.
  • Hiring & Firing Experience: Ability to identify and recruit top talent while also making difficult decisions when necessary.
