Role

Freelance Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business organization strategies, focusing on operations and project management.
• Set up and utilize Project Management SaaS like Asana for planning, task assignment, monitoring, and managing company projects.
• Create and implement Agile project management methodologies to ensure an efficient and flexible workflow.
• Define and implement OKRs to measure company key objectives and results.
• Monitor project and operation performances, identifying obstacles promptly and proposing solutions.
• Work with internal teams to optimize operations and continuously improve business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business organization expert or similar roles.
• Excellent mastery of Project Management SaaS and in-depth knowledge of Agile project management methods.
• Familiarity with OKR implementation and measuring business results.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity, flexibility, and innovation mindset to address business challenges.
