Responsibilities
  • Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in daily activities by actively contributing to the development of the stores' commercial and HR strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
  • Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
  • Interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Work collectively highlighting wins, celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
