Role

Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End‑user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

Responsibilities
  • identify, diagnose, and resolve L1/L2 issues in computer hardware and software related to laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
  • deal with software portfolio management and product life‑cycle management
  • provide general desktop support, project coordination, refresh and imaging/re‑imaging PCs and laptops
  • coordinate with third‑party service providers for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repair minor hardware flaws if not covered under the same
  • install peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc., and handle cabling systems (local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.)
  • provide smart‑hand support for server and network devices
  • manage assets and stock
  • handle ticket management
Requirements
  • Level 2 Support – End‑user Support
  • Ideally background as IT engineer with at least 2 years of experience
  • Good English and fluent Italian
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

Location & Contract

Location: Dalmine (fully onsite)

Employment contract: 1‑year fixed‑term (with possibility of transformation into permanent)
