Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment.
• General End User technology knowledge.
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide face-to-face IT support to users.
• Install, move, and de-install hardware.
• Diagnose hardware problems (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• Manage small projects related to new installations.
• Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
