This role requires strong hospitality skills, effective communication, and the ability to resolve issues with guests. Candidates should have a minimum of one year in a customer contact role and cash handling experience. Being fluent in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The position requires onboard work for 5-6 months.
