The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of RF technologies, Wi-Fi Cisco solutions, and relevant certifications. Competenze

• Knowledge of RF technologies.
• Ability to perform spectrum analysis.
• Experience with operating modes of access points (Root, Bridge, Spectrum, WGB).
• Proficiency in basic configurations and upgrades of WLC.
• Knowledge of regulators (e.g., DFS), algorithms like RRM (DCA, TPC).
• Degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent diploma.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel for business reasons.
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi Cisco solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki) and experience with Aruba.
• Experience in networking and Wi-Fi projects.
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification.
• CCNA Wireless certification (preferred).

You as a Network-Wi-Fi Engineer will join our Professional Services Team and you will be involved in challenging projects of delivery.

Your main goal will be to ensure that clients' solution requirements are implemented and resolved properly. Within your team, you will manage activities related to the implementation of Network and Wi-Fi projects. You will act with a good level of autonomy, managing relationships with your stakeholders.

You will be involved in:

1. Defining needs and designing Network and Wi-Fi solutions;
2. Implementing projects;
3. Conducting site surveys with specific instruments (e.g., Ekahau);
4. Installing antennas;
5. Performing spectrum analysis;
6. Preparing comprehensive project documentation;
7. Acting as a technical project specialist to ensure all technical requirements are met and systems work properly in the client's environment;
8. Providing third-level support for complex troubleshooting when required;
9. Ensuring client satisfaction.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• Knowledge of RF technologies;
• Ability to perform spectrum analysis;
• Experience with operating modes of access points (Root, Bridge, Spectrum, WGB);
• Proficiency in basic configurations and upgrades of WLC;
• Knowledge of regulators (e.g., DFS), algorithms like RRM (DCA, TPC), deployment of RTLS (Real-Time Location Services), and 802.1X/EAP authentication (nice to have);
• Degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent diploma;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Availability to travel for business reasons;
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi Cisco solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki) and experience with Aruba (nice to have);
• Experience in networking and Wi-Fi projects;
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification;
• CCNA Wireless certification (preferred).
