A luxury clothing company in Serravalle Scrivia is seeking a Full-Time Stock Keeper to manage warehouse operations, ensuring product availability and assisting the sales team. Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Stock Keeper to join the team in our Serravalle Outlet.

Your Impact
  • Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
  • Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
  • Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
  • Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
  • Be charge of customers\' repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
  • Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.
Qualifications
  • Fast paced and well organised;
  • Product sensitivity and excellent understanding of the luxury sector;
  • Experience with the use of RFID system is highly valued;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
