About the Role

We are looking for an Internal Sales/Sales Specialist in the Microsoft Business Unit. The person will be responsible for the Microsoft portfolio, providing, selling and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions, and closing orders. The candidate must be able to sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX, articulate the Company value proposition, and develop partner relationships (account planning, cross‑selling, etc.).

What You Will Do
  • Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, discussing our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
  • Manage customer backorder and apply specialist knowledge, engaging in “intelligent project fishing.”
  • Oversee end‑to‑end projects or hand them over to presales for technical requirements.
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft portfolio.
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Strong target‑driven mindset and understanding of the sales process.
  • Proven relationship‑building ability with partners and customers.
  • Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
  • Knowledge of a product set or IT industry background is desirable but not essential.
