In this role, you will have a significant impact on business growth by driving innovative media planning that support sales objectives and strengthen digital presence. You will be part of the Personal Health team for IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece), collaborating across the different organizations and reporting to the Consumer Marketing Leader.

Your Role
  • Build strategic media plans to achieve Business & Marketing goals and sell‑out ambitions by working with the media agency.
  • Analyze media landscape to develop comprehensive and innovative marketing/media tactics that outperform the competition.
  • Design and implement data‑driven marketing strategies aimed at driving significant increases in traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing & Commercial teams to embed media capabilities in e‑trade and Retail Media plans to effectively drive sell‑out.
  • Collaborate with local and regional Marketing teams to localize creative assets and toolkits.
  • Develop test‑and‑learn programs with agencies to optimise performance.
  • Conduct data analysis to make informed, data‑driven decisions that continuously improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor Media, Marketing & Business KPIs and report insights to senior management highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
You're The Right Fit If You Have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3‑5+ years in performance marketing, media planning, or digital marketing in an agency or multinational company environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of media platforms, data analysis, KPIs (CPA, ROAS), and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel expertise) to calculate ROI and manage budget planning effectively.
  • Negotiation skills to increase efficiency of media investments.
  • Strong ability to work in cross‑functional teams, results‑oriented mindset, and innovative approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate across internal teams and with external agencies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, building trust and collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A global mindset with cultural agility, a consumer‑centric approach, and a data‑driven decision‑making style.
  • Fluent in English in addition to Italian as local language.
How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
