Overview

Pharma Point, on behalf of Substipharm, a lean and fast-growing international pharmaceutical company with a solid consolidated turnover, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the launch of products in new therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, including product positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and events.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Science (ideally a Pharmacy degree) combined with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
