We are looking for a proactive, strategic and hands-on Country Marketing & Communications Leader to drive growth, elevate our brands, and foster collaboration across our diverse markets.
In a fast-paced, complex environment, you will lead a talented marketing and communications team to craft and execute multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that elevate Marsh McLennan, Mercer and Marsh brands locally.
You will act as a trusted partner to multiple senior stakeholders, balancing priorities with operational excellence and agility. You will work closely with business leaders and global Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful campaigns, nurture client relationships, and support revenue growth.
