Company Overview

Our client is a leading company operating in the ceramic sector. For their factory in Rubiera, we have been tasked with recruiting for the following position:

Position Description and Characteristics

The selected candidate will be integrated into the ceramic manufacturing plant and will be responsible for:

1. Performing comprehensive maintenance within the plant from a mechanical perspective;
2. Handling both routine and extraordinary interventions;
3. Having knowledge of the overall ceramic environment;
4. Demonstrating good manual skills and tool handling;
5. Being familiar with metal carpentry work.

Work Location

Solignano Nuovo (MO)

Work Schedule

Day shift with weekly on-call availability

Contract Type

To be defined based on previous experience (starting level D3; CCNL Ceramica Az. Industriali)

Compensation Package

The contractual form and economic framework will be discussed and evaluated during the interviews, considering the candidates' experience and preparation.
