Partner with the best

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement and improve manufacturing systems and processes.

As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for :
  • Performing Manufacturing Engineer activities in Assembly Area supporting Shop Routings Instructions Sheets Equipment improvement and Shop Fixture design
  • Evaluating manufacturing process and shape strategic projects to improve processes capabilities quality fulfillment safety and productivity
  • Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering planning maintenance)
  • Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.

To be successful in this role ideally you should have :
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) and good experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills be fluent in English and Italian
  • Be able to work in EU with no restrictions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
