Descrizione del lavoro

The Manufacturing Engineer position is located in Arcore. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to coordinate and support new project launches, process developments, safety, quality and productivity improvement projects.

• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate equipment new launches, process development and modification to meet cost target, product quality, safety and sustainability;
• support to other departments for safety, quality and productivity improvement;
• with Sales, Manufacturing and Quality to define manufacturing strategy, capital and direct costs to set business plans for new projects;
• create and manage the process documentation for the new and existing projects;
• support to other departments to increase ergonomic working condition, safety of use and reduce quality problems or customer complaints;
• take part in the feasibility process for the new products (Design Review);
• leading or supporting in international team work;
• verify the uptime rate of production equipment propose new strategy / manufacturing improvement to reduce costs and / or improve equipment capacity.
