Un'importante società di consulenza a Milano cerca un Manager/Principal Consultant con esperienza nella consulenza sanitaria. Il candidato ideale deve avere almeno 10–15 anni nel settore, con competenze analitiche e di problem-solving eccellenti. È richiesta la padronanza di inglese e italiano. La posizione prevede la guida di un team e il supporto a progetti strategici in diversi contesti internazionali, inclusi sviluppi digitali e trasformazioni nel settore sanitario.

Manager/Principal Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting. Proficiency in both English and Italian is highly requested for supporting projects across diverse geographies; other languages would be a plus.

• Lead the team of junior consultants and collaborate with SME and other experts to deliver strategic healthcare consulting services to clients.
• Conduct and lead in‑depth research and analysis on healthcare systems, policies, and market trends.
• Lead the development of feasibility studies and business plan and conduct assessments of healthcare organizations compared to their clinical and non‑clinical operations.
• Develop and present high‑quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Engage with internal and external clients to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions to address operational, clinical, and financial objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of consulting projects in multiple geographies, such as but not limited to healthcare transformation initiatives, including workforce development, digital health integration, and clinical governance improvements.
• Lead the design, implementation, and contracting of strategic healthcare operations projects (e.g., managing hospitals, outpatient facilities).
• Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather insights and foster strong client relationships.
• Lead proposal development, benchmarking exercises, and business case preparation for healthcare projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed.

Requisiti:

Education: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in consulting, preferably in healthcare advisory or related fields. Experience in international contexts is a plus.
