• Purpose of the Job

To verify train on its arrival to the depot, to close all opened orders and assure the respect of the availability and reliability of the fleet.

• Responsibilities
• Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-art and best practice.
• Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools
• Guarantee information flow within the trouble shooting team
• Contribute to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience
• Respect EHS rules and any work related processes
• Measurement

Reliability, availability and punctuality (Other KPI’s relevant to contract)

• KPI on fleet health e.g. Service Order Close-out - (real time)
• Customer feedback (eg. Customer annual survey)
