Competenze

• 3 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Ability to clarify maintenance requirements for various equipment.
• Understanding of circuit diagrams.

Mansioni

• Perform minor, major, and emergency repairs of all buildings and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Inspect belts, check fluid levels, and replace filters.

Conoscenze
