Job Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers at all stages of the sale, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales standards; check stock levels on the sales floor and replace as necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail;
• Must be registered on the mandatory employment lists (L. 68 / 99).
