What You’ll Do
  • Be an important player in our Lean Transformation, collaborating with teams across the plant to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support project streams that directly impact plant performance (think: better OEE, smarter processes, and stronger teamwork).
  • Use structured problem‑solving to map, analyze, and optimize processes—your ideas might shape how we work.
  • Help drive our Operational Excellence governance: from Gemba walks and visual KPIs to action‑oriented meetings that keep us moving forward.
  • Track and report progress on key initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities that matter to our customers and our business.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions and contribute to our strategic roadmap.
  • Connect the dots between operational KPIs and the plant’s P&L—because what you do will make a difference.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in STEM, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • A recent graduate or someone with brief experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a big‑picture view.
  • A hands‑on, can‑do attitude—you love making things happen.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you influence without authority.

  • Italian: Fluent
  • English: Fluent
  • Spanish/Portuguese: A big plus!
Location & Travel
  • Based in Arco (Trento)
  • Occasional travel based on project needs
