A technology firm in Milan seeks an M&A Integration Manager to oversee the integration of acquired companies. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional leaders, developing integration strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should possess a strong project management background, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in M&A integration or consulting. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are advantageous.
Your Mission Position Summary : The M&A Integration Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the integration of acquired companies into our organization, with a specific focus on synergy planning, execution, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders, including the C-suite, Business Unit leadership, and various departmental heads to ensure a smooth and strategic integration that maximizes synergy capture, operational efficiency, and cultural cohesion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, expertise in managing integration processes, and a strategic mindset for aligning acquisitions with corporate goals in a fast-growing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or consulting, including at least 3 years at a senior consultant or manager level. Proven track record in designing and executing transformation and M&A initiatives, particularly those requiring organizational and cultural adjustments. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or streams with strong PMO capabilities. Background in tech or corporate settings is a plus, along with experience in delivering commercial synergies. Advanced project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and coordinate across departments. Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial metrics and business processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English. Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or French language skills are an advantage.
