M&A associate (Legal) at Bending Spoons

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions teams, conducting due diligence, analyzing transaction documents, and following post‑close integrations.
  • Collaborate with outside counsel to assist with corporate reorganizations and governance matters following acquisitions in Italy and abroad.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents, including NDAs, LOIs, APAs, and SPAs.
  • Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.
