Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of luxury retail experience and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and proficiency with digital tools are essential. Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Luxury Retail, ideally in training or people development.
• Coaching experience or a strong coaching-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver impactful training sessions for teams and new hires.
• Adapt learning content to boutique needs using field observations.
• Build and manage the annual training calendar across the boutique.
• Coach teams on the floor and monitor the effectiveness of training.
• Develop KPIs and produce regular training reports.
