We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor.

Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities within the scope of the role, in accordance with operational requirements.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan & manage inbound transportation for stock entry.
  • Plan & manage packing, shipping, and outbound transportation from internal logistic providers and external suppliers.
  • Manage inventory accuracy & integrity, including scrap management with external suppliers.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and the entire supply chain team to optimize deliveries and stock levels.
  • Oversee materials movement from receipt to delivery in SAP (GSI system).
  • Manage documentation related to inbound and outbound materials.
  • Optimize transportation costs from internal and external warehouses.
  • Coordinate with couriers or clients regarding logistics issues.
  • Manage costs and invoices for logistics and transport suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge/Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics activities.
    • Proficiency in SAP (IM and WM modules) and Excel.
    • Knowledge of invoicing and purchase order tools (e.g., Ariba, Inspire).
    • Proficiency in English.
