Luca Bocchi, Head of the Traffic Office, has submitted his resignation effective as of 01/04/2026.
In view of the expected increase in the Traffic Office’s activities and the ongoing internal reorganization, it is considered essential to proceed with the recruitment of a new Dispatcher.

This role will be of strategic importance in ensuring operational continuity, supporting the new responsibilities assigned to the department, and optimizing workflow processes, thereby contributing to the maintenance of high efficiency standards and to the effective management of the driver fleet.

The absence of this position would entail significant risks for operational management, with potential negative impacts on the quality of service provided to customers and on compliance with agreed timelines.

Following the assessments carried out, no suitable internal resources have been identified for this role.

Financial details of the position:

• Gross annual salary (RAL): €55,000

• Annual cost: €79,000
