A dynamic international company in Italy is seeking a legal counsel to provide proactive legal advice and support day-to-day operations. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Italian law and a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in commercial and IT law. Strong communication skills and fluency in Italian and English are essential. Provide pragmatic and proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders in Italy on a variety of legal matters.
Support day-to-day legal operations, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. customer agreements, supplier agreements, general terms and conditions).
Assist in legal aspects of post-merger integration (PMI) activities, ensuring smooth alignment with group policies and practices.
Monitor and advise on local legal developments relevant to the business.
Collaborate with the broader SD Worx legal team across Europe to ensure consistency and integration.
Contribute to the development and implementation of legal templates, guidelines, and best practices.
Support the handling of claims and liaise with external counsel when needed.
A Master’s degree in Italian law.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney or in‑house legal counsel, preferably in commercial law, contract law, and / or IT law.
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a business‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
A proactive, hands‑on attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Willingness to work from our Milan office, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
