This Position reports to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and counsel the Division across a broad range of legal and integrity issues or within one specialist area; oversee or manage legal and integrity matters or processes as directed.
  • Ensure consistency in services and advice with no supervision.
  • Participate in or support various changes, efficiency and projects within the Legal & Integrity (L&I) team, collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipate and address legal and integrity risks, develop practical legal strategies, ensure compliance with local and group policies, and contribute to policy development and implementation.
  • Promote good corporate governance, support the Code of Conduct and integrity training, and assist in or lead investigations into integrity issues.
  • Contribute to the execution of the L&I strategy, support strategic goals, monitor professional progress, and manage performance in line with the Annual Performance Plan (APP) and financial targets.

Work model: Hybrid.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and ensure policy compliance.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to legal and integrity initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
