We are seeking a German‑speaking Legal Associate to support our legal and compliance function, ensuring compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and maintaining our legal entities in Europe.

What You Will Be Doing

• Completing customer compliance questionnaires.
• Negotiating contracts with customers.
• Reviewing and approving supplier contracts.
• Maintaining our legal entities in Europe and performing further corporate housekeeping.
• Maintaining and developing our privacy program.
• Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations.

What We Will Love About You

• You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plus.
• You have a deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.
• You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution‑oriented way.
