This role supports a major manufacturing transformation program, focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems and supply chain processes. Candidates should have over 3 years of IT Business Analysis experience, a solid background in manufacturing IT systems, and knowledge in MES and SAP integrations. The position entails 30% travel and offers a chance to significantly impact manufacturing operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Solid background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing.
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP IM/WM.

Mansioni

• Act as the IT liaison for business partners in workshops and requirements gathering.
• Translate business user stories into technical user stories.
• Support solution design and testing for MES and SAP integrations.
• Collaborate with contractors and system integrators for smooth delivery.
• Serve as J&J IT's technical spokesperson.
• Coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed.
