A global leader in energy technology is seeking a Finance Systems role to contribute to the simplification of finance processes for Power systems. Responsibilities include partnering on ERP programs, ensuring compliance with design templates, and supporting user training and testing. Candidates should possess strong experience in finance systems, particularly in FP&A or Controllership, alongside knowledge of the Power industry. This is a full-time remote position based in Italy.

Job Description Summary

What impact you'll make:

As a member of the Finance Systems team you will be an active contributor to the simplification of the Power systems infrastructure and standardization of the processes ensuring adequate financial flows and closing routines.

What you'll do

• You will Part of the Finance systems GSC team and partner with the DT ERP and Operational teams.
• Engaged in ERP simplification programs as well as design changes or continuous improvement
• Ensure ERP design follows the latest Standard template
• Partner with the Functional IT team on System Integration Testing and the business teams on User acceptance testing.
• Support hypercare periods after the ERP go-lives.
• Execute as training to the end users on ERP design and accounting flows
• Collaborate and assist the rest of the Finance systems and Controllership organization

• Strong experience of Finance systems related work
• User experience in FP&A and or Controllership.
• Power/Gas Power business knowledge.
