About the Role

Join our Turbomachinery Team! Our GTE team provides industry-leading products and services that promote the energy transition, improving extraction, production, and processing of energy. We design centrifugal, axial, reciprocating compressors, and turboexpanders for global customers, adopting cutting-edge technology to address challenges like hydrogen production, liquefaction, transport, and carbon capture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design activities and reviews, providing technical guidance and project updates;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve products;
  • Support full technical project lifecycle activities;
  • Ensure technical documentation and drawings meet policies and specifications;
  • Manage relationships with vendors for timely delivery of components.
Qualifications
  • Solid engineering background in mechanical, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics;
  • Experience working within an engineering organization;
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Unigraphics;
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and motivating teams;
  • Familiarity with FEA and CFD;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel internationally;
  • Fluent in English and able to work in the EU.
