A leading automotive financing company in Rome is seeking a Lawyer with 2–5 years of experience in consumer credit and related regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Italian and English, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Minimum requirements we seek:
  • 2–5 years post‑qualification experience as a Lawyer in Italy
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit, earmarked credit, and relevant Italian / European regulations and directives
  • In‑depth understanding of captive financing and insurance products
  • Familiarity with dealer network operations and contracts
  • Demonstrated Ford OS behaviours : adaptability, continuous improvement, and cross‑team collaboration
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to support key business deadlines
