At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze the Learning & Development Manager delivers workplace learning, performance improvement programs and engagement initiatives to best achieve long-term business success. This position adds value in meeting the hotel\'s needs by identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel\'s strategic direction.
Education: Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Must have minimum 3 years\' experience working in a managerial capacity. Knowledgeable about hotel operations or other luxury service environments and experience in adult education.
Skills and Abilities:
Travel required: in cases of training, conferences or special events.
Full time Monday to Friday
