Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our Hospitality & Residential. This role you will be responsible for achieving sales profitability and cash flow targets for a defined list of Key Accounts within the assigned region. You will manage partnerships, ensure alignment with company goals and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS). Additionally you will oversee account transitions, maintain accurate forecasts and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Your Impact
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and maximize annual revenues EBIT and FCF targets (cash‑in) from assigned accounts for equipment network and service in line with their annual budget and company seasonality
  • Visit 100% of customer sites in the designated accounts
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention while managing collaborative relationships within the Technogym Team specifically Sales Support Logistics After Sales and Accounts
  • Recognize and follow up on opportunities for up‑selling within assigned accounts
  • Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs
  • Contribute to define the market strategy for the Club Segment in terms of campaigns initiatives and events linked to the assigned Key Accounts
  • Implement and daily execute sales processes and procedures while guaranteeing the best use of CRM to have clean and updated market data
  • Provide timely reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Sales Team
  • Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market
About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. Experience of or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable along with excellent account management / solution selling / strategic thinking / relationship skills.

What you should bring
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • 3‑5 year experience in the role or in sales field (previous experience in premium or luxury brand companies will be considered a plus)
  • CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise (knowledge of will be considered a plus)
  • English fluency (minimum level B2 CEFR)
  • General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools
  • Available to travel (Italy)
  • Confident and charismatic approach to people
  • Excellent at teamwork
  • Wellness oriented: sporty passionate about a wellness lifestyle
