JUNIOR RETAIL TRAINING SPECIALIST An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Retail Training Specialist, based in Milan, reporting to the Global Retail Training Manager. This role will support the design, coordination, and rollout of retail training programs across global markets, working closely with stores and HQ teams to ensure our brand experience is delivered with consistency, creativity, and excellence.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the design, authoring, and continuous updating of e-learning content in Articulate Rise 360 and other course design tools, ensuring alignment with TOM FORD’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards.
  • Instructional design, publish, test, and maintain multiple e-learning modules per season across different markets, ensuring correct user access and functionality. Topics include product training, production, and retail capabilities.
  • Scout and collect information from Subject Matter Experts across departments (Merchandising, CRM, Operations, Retail) to build or refresh training content based on new collections, systems, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate and follow up with global stores on all training rollouts—onboarding, product training, and skills programs—ensuring completion and on-time execution.
  • Coordinate training logistics for both online and in-person sessions (invites, participant lists, attendance, materials, and feedback collection).
  • Draft, format, and visually refine slides, toolkits, facilitator guides, and internal communication materials.
  • Plan, update, and manage content for the Global Retail Community SharePoint Page—sourcing stories, visuals, and updates, preparing visuals, publishing posts, and ensuring functionality.
Key Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail training, learning & development (luxury environment preferred).
  • Fluent in Italian and English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Instructional design experience is a must.
  • Tech‑savvy and visually driven—Articulate Rise, Moodle, PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools are part of your playground.
  • A curious learner with a true passion for luxury fashion and how it comes alive in retail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
