Luxe Talent, an international recruitment company specialized in the luxury and retail sector, is looking for a Junior Recruiter German Speaker to join the team remotely. We work with some of the most renowned and prestigious luxury and high premium fashion brands across Europe.

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter German Speaker working remotely, with the following responsibilities:

  1. Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
  2. Follow up and coordinate with internal clients.
  3. Build a network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of need.
  4. Execute pre-screening, conduct phone, face-to-face, and Skype interviews.
  5. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  6. Post positions to appropriate sources, research, and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
  7. Administer recruiting database and record keeping.
  8. Produce and analyze recruiting reports and market mapping.
  9. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  10. Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent.

Requirements for the Junior Recruiter German Speaker:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 year).
  • Familiarity with HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Autonomous, independent, responsible.
  • Fluent / Native German.
  • Fluent English; Spanish / Italian skills are a strong plus.
