Job description

For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong interest in the hospitality development sector to support the Project Manager in the management of technical projects related to the development and management of hotel facilities.

The role involves involvement in both operational activities within existing facilities and in the construction or renovation of new hotel properties.

Responsibilities

For operational facilities :

  • Coordination and supervision of technical activities related to interventions or events in existing facilities;
  • Support in the management of technical administrative procedures;
  • Monitoring and control of orders, costs, and supplies for technical activities;
  • Orderly filing of project and operational documents.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines (including three-year degrees);
  • Previous experience (even brief) in technical or project management, preferably in the construction or hospitality sector;
  • Good organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team and interface with different interlocutors (suppliers, technicians, operators);
  • Good knowledge of Excel and any project management tools;
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
  • Good knowledge of CAD software;
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
