Un gruppo internazionale di moda cerca un Junior Press & PR Specialist per supportare il team Marketing. Le responsabilità includono assistenza in PR e Media per eventi e progetti. È richiesta una laurea in Comunicazione e 2 anni di esperienza nel settore. La conoscenza dell'inglese è fondamentale. Offro un lavoro a tempo pieno a Milano o Breganze.

Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in aziende di moda o agenzie internazionali di PR.
• Approccio proattivo e orientato ai rapporti.
• Abilità organizzative forti.

At OTB Group we are looking for a Junior Press & PR Specialist to join the Marketing Team of one of our brand. She / He will provide support to team on the deployment of Press & PR projects at a global level and in particular in the press review in the daily communication with Regional PR Team as well as with local and international press.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support in the development and overview all the Media / Press activities Product and Corporate with direct day-to-day actions for all the countries where theres a PR team or external agencies including assistance and support of colleagues in Subsidiaries;
• Support and assist the PR team for all the Media relations features press trips etc. and in the organization of the Media attendance of every event corporate or trade;
• Support in the management of all the Press&PR activities referring to the different Brand activities for specific launches collaborations specific product categories etc;
• Manage and support in coordinating all the activity of Celebrity and Influencers endorsement and seeding through direct actions from HQs together with the support of external agencies;
• Overview all the brand and product copies for the official releases.

Main interfaces :

You will be part of the Press & PR team and work closely with :

• HQ and Regional Marketing team
• Logistics department
• External agencies

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Communication / Marketing;
• 2 years of experience in fashion companies and / or in international PR agencies;
• Proactive and relationship-oriented team worker;
• Accurate and flexible approach to work;
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of any other language would be a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel PowerPoint );
• Strong organizational skills.
