About the job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team. In this role, you will contribute to key HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, and office culture while collaborating closely with our teams in Barcelona and Munich.

HR Operations & Administration
  • Assist with the administration of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare employment, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Act as first-level support for HR-related inquiries.
  • Support internal communications, including employee birthdays, anniversaries, and company updates.
  • Help manage office operations and create a positive office culture.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements and screening candidates for junior positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, career fairs).
  • Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Support with organising and coordinating team events, including after-work gatherings, office brunches, and engagement activities.
  • Research and suggest new engagement initiatives.
Learning & Development
  • Track and manage employee training programs.
Employer Branding & Social Media
  • Help manage Glassdoor, Kununu, and other employer branding platforms.
Profile
  • Background in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Fluent in English and German. (Spanish is a plus)
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options
