YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA

As Junior HR Generalist, based in Italy, you will bring your unique strengths to the EMEA Human Resources team, supporting the organization in attracting, onboarding, and developing talent while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

You’ll work closely with Line Managers and internal business functions, helping to deliver effective people processes and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organization.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from activating sourcing channels to preparing employment contracts, ensuring Line Managers receive high‑quality candidate shortlists.
• Coordinate with external recruitment and temporary personnel agencies in line with local needs and assigned budgets.
• Guarantee a structured onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring access to required tools, policies, and procedures.
• Support Line Managers during probationary periods by collecting feedback, completing documentation, and advising on development recommendations.
• Provide daily HR support to business functions, handling back‑office activities and offering general assistance to the HR department.
