A leading international electronics company in Brescia is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support the European HR Department. Candidates should be fluent in Italian and English, with knowledge of German seen as a plus. Responsibilities will include recruiting, coordinating interviews, and assisting in personnel administration. Servizi

Annual Gross Salary: 28,000-32,000 Euro
Home office: 2/3 days a week
Ticket restaurant: 8 Euro / day

Competenze

  • 1-2 years of experience as HR in an international context (preferably German).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate and motivated candidates are preferred.

Mansioni

  • Recruiting candidates for various roles.
  • Identifying and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and managers.
  • Supporting payroll processes and updating HR tools.
  • Assisting in the development of training plans.
  • Enforcing company HR policies and ensuring compliance.

Conoscenze

Fluent in Italian
Fluent in English
Knowledge of German
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation abilities
Interpersonal skills

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Foreign Languages or similar
