The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering, relevant experience in financial controlling, and strong analytical skills. As part of the Italy market Finance team, we are looking for a Junior Controller that will provide support to the FP&A team to ensure data and financial reporting is accurate for all key stakeholders. Also, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material. You will be in charge for the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.

How will you make an impact?

• You will work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period
• You will be involved in the business cycle plan, budget, and forecasts, analyzing performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans if necessary.
• You will perform analysis vs plan and forecast on monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement. Support, monitor and follow up the execution.
• You will develop and maintain reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performance.
• You will constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making. Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives
• You will have a focus on standardization of processes and continuous improvement, on implementation of automation and sharing of best practices

How will you experience success with us?

• Do you have a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, with a strong attention to details and an Analytical background?
• Do you have a previous relevant experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting?
• Do you have excellent modelling skills (Knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus)?
• Are you comfortable working with tight deadlines, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities?

• Are you highly organized, energetic, and well-structured thinking?
• Do you have excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills?
