A leading electronics company in Milan is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring issues are promptly addressed and performance metrics reported. The candidate should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Process Engineering, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Excel. Exceptional communication skills in English and Italian are essential. This role requires minimal travel and offers a dynamic work environment.

Position Summary

Logistics operation process supervising and daily issues detection, managing internal and external customers, regularly reporting Logistics Performance KPI and Logistics cost analysis.

Role And Responsibilities

• Logistics Operation supervision: End to end logistics operation management with logistics service provider (Production – Export – Transportation – import – in stock – Departure – Invoice collection).
• Monitor and control reverse logistics (Technical/Commercial Return, Concealed damage, Scrap and ship back).
• Finding daily operation issues/pre-alert to relevant teams/resolving issues for end month operation & sales maximization.
• Daily support to grading company.
• Review weekly base delivery order portfolio.
• Performing Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports of Logistics operation KPI.
• Scenario simulation-based Logistics Costs analysis and execute cost saving actions.
• Stock Controlling: Support Internal / External Audit with count parts in logistics parts.
• Stock control by Product/Grading and In-transit.
• Daily stock discrepancy comparison.

Skills And Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master/Bachelor in Economics or Process Engineering.
• Professional Background: experience in analytical roles.
• Computer Knowledge: Excellent Office package especially Excel. Macro/Statistic package experience preferred.
• Language Knowledge: Very good written & spoken English & Italian.
• Travel required: less than 10%.
• Others: Excellent analytical skill, Good communication skill with customers or with other teams, good coordination skills between sales and operation.
