URGENT HIRING WELCOME BONUS: 2,000 euros (for Italian market, available until July 31st)

Location : Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote based in Portugal)

Language Requirements : Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)

Contract Type : Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

Relocation Support : Available for eligible candidates

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
  • Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content
  • Enforce compliance with platform policies
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
  • Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What Were Looking For
  • Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
  • English proficiency (minimum B2)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence / work permit in Portugal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
