The IT Operations department forms the backbone of our IT infrastructure and ensures that our systems run smoothly and reliably to support our renewable energy projects. Our teams work hand in hand to implement innovative technologies and provide efficient, process-oriented software solutions. • are responsible for working in daily ticket support (1st and 2nd level for servers and infrastructure)
• prepare and implement IT changes in operations
• take on day-to-day administrative tasks in the infrastructure area, such as regular checks and evaluating the monitoring systems
• perform maintenance and updates of systems and infrastructure components
• document the existing systems, including routine work
• supports the implementation of IT projects.
• take on other activities in the IT Infrastructure Operations team
• are an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification
• have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment on-premise and in the M365 cloud
• are very familiar with virtualization technologies
• have experience with Citrix environments
• have a good command of written and spoken English
• work in a solution-oriented, independent and structured manner and enjoy working in a team
