As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to determine potential fit for open positions
• Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and verbal)
