In this position, you will assist Italian‑speaking customers with their travel inquiries and logistics needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, schedules, and reservations via phone, email, and chat in Italian
  • Assist customers with booking processes, changes to reservations, and cancellation policies
  • Provide accurate information about routes, pricing, and service options
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Document all customer interactions effectively in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Stay updated on transportation regulations and company policies to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is an advantage
