About the Role :

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria. We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
