About the job Italian Customer Service Agents ( Relocation to Greece)

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our clients international customer service team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of well-known global brands, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Accurately log all interactions and update customer records

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above)
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
